You can dowload the application form for Chenderit Sixth Form below. Please complete fully and e-mail to sixthform@chenderit.northants.sch.uk. However, if you would prefer, it can be printed and returned (by hand or by post) to the school's address marked 'Chenderit Sixth Form Application Form'.
As part of your application, you will need to request a reference to be filled in by one of your teachers or someone who knows about your academic ability. This can be downloaded via the link below and e-mailed to the school.
